With over twelve years of experience in property management, Connie manages a portfolio that includes properties ranging from office space, residential, medical, light industrial, retail, and state and governmental facilities. Connie is fluent in English and Spanish as well as proficient in business/management software like Microsoft Office, Yardi, AMSI, Jumpstart, and Real Trac.
She has completed training through AANM for the New Mexico Owner-Resident Relations Act and Fair Housing in Property Management. She also has obtained her New Mexico Real Estate License and completed courses in Maximizing Profit Growth Strategies for Real Estate Management through IREM and is obtaining her CPM.
Erika Okinga-Andrews is originally from Northern California where she worked in the real estate appraisal industry for 5 years. In 2007, she moved to Las Cruces and joined the First Valley team. Erika obtained her real estate license in January of 2009 and has been doing residential property management ever since. She currently manages over 105 privately owned units at The Casitas at Morningstar Condominiums and is working on her bachelor’s degree in business at New Mexico State University. She is also pursuing a CPM designation through IREM.
Leandra Davis is a Property Manager for First Valley with over 8 years of experience managing and accounting for residential and commercial properties, Leandra is currently responsible for the day-to-day operation of a 90 unit apartment complex. She is especially innovative at keeping vacancies to a minimum.
Ms. Davis is diligent at converting “move-outs” into “occupied” rentals while setting records for prepping units for new tenants. Her experience in the financial and accounting side of the business helps her understand the owner’s point of view and gives her great motivation to keep the units rented. In her market, very few properties have a vacancy rate as low as her current property.
Tabatha Granger has successfully supervised the commercial properties of her clients for over 15 years. She has operated multiple management offices while supervising large commercial properties in seven states. Her experience includes the management of large retail, multi-family, industrial, and office investments.
Ms. Granger joined NAI 1st Valley Management Group in 2012. Her initial assignment was to manage the Home Owners Association of the Casitas at Morningstar – 271 condo units developed on 17 acres by Randy McMillan and a partner. In February of 2014, she was promoted to General Manager of First Valley Management Group.
As General Manager, she works to ensure that the property owners receive high-quality property management service. Tabatha sets and implements Strategy, Policy, and Operations for the Group – problem-solving daily to increase the investment value of the assets of her clients. To that end, Ms. Granger currently oversees 23 employees and manages over 35 Commercial Properties totaling over 1.6 million square feet.
