Our Team

Connie Aguirre

With over twelve years of experience in property management, Connie manages a portfolio that includes properties ranging from office space, residential, medical, light industrial, retail, and state and governmental facilities. Connie is fluent in English and Spanish as well as proficient in business/management software like Microsoft Office, Yardi, AMSI, Jumpstart, and Real Trac.


She has completed training through AANM for the New Mexico Owner-Resident Relations Act and Fair Housing in Property Management. She also has obtained her New Mexico Real Estate License and completed courses in Maximizing Profit Growth Strategies for Real Estate Management through IREM and is obtaining her CPM.

Jim Ericson

Jim comes from a long line of Management and is very knowledgeable with residential Management. We are happy to have him as part of our team.

Ashley Ortega

Ashley is fairly new to the Property Management field but has jumped right in with both feet and currently handles a 200-unit Mobile Home Community. She is always trying to find value-added items around the property. She wants her tenants to feel welcome and have a great place to call home.

Karina Chuco

Karina recently joined First Valley as a Property Manager for over 100 individual Condos, which means over 100 individual owners. She does a great job making sure the tenants and the owners are happy. She is always cheery and has a smile on her face.

Joshlinn McDaniel

Joshlinn has been the HOA manager at the Casitas at Morningstar since 2016. HOA management is a balancing act, and Joshlinn does it well. She can maintain owner satisfaction, enforce rules, and keeping the Board happy, all while making it look effortlessly.

Carmen Marinelarena

Carmen is the Lead Accountant here at First Valley Management Group. She has been with us since 2014 and has been an essential part of the Team. Carmen is responsible for all of the owner reporting each month and makes her mission that Owners receive their reports promptly.

Veronica Miranda

Our Receptionist at First Valley Management Is Veronica, she is the face of our company and is always helpful and polite to everyone she encounters. Since joining First Valley, she has been a ray of sunshine at our front desk.

Leandra Davis

Leandra Davis is a Property Manager for First Valley with over ten years of experience managing and accounting for residential and commercial properties, Leandra is currently responsible for a three-property portfolio. She manages more than 10 workers at those properties. She is uniquely innovative at keeping vacancies to a minimum. Her experience in the financial and accounting side of the business helps her understand the owner’s point of view and gives her great motivation to keep the units rented.

Tabatha Granger

Tabatha Granger has successfully supervised the commercial properties of her clients for over 23 years. She has operated multiple management offices while overseeing large commercial properties in seven states. Her experience includes the management of large retail, multi-family, industrial, and office investments.


Ms. Granger joined NAI First Valley Management Group in 2012. Her initial assignment was to manage the Homeowners Association of the Casitas at Morningstar – 271 condo units developed on 17 acres by Randy McMillan and a partner. In February of 2014, she was promoted to General Manager of First Valley Management Group.


As General Manager, she works to ensure that the property owners receive high-quality property management services. Tabatha sets and implements Strategy, Policy, and Operations for the Group – problem-solving daily to increase the investment value of the assets of her clients. To that end, Ms. Granger currently oversees 26 employees and manages over 50 Commercial Properties totaling over 1.7 million square feet.


Tabatha is also a member of the New Mexico Real Estate Commissions, Education Advisory Committee.  And a CPM Candidate.
