Connie Aguirre
With over 20 years of experience in property management, Connie oversees a diverse portfolio that includes office, residential, medical, light industrial, retail, and state and governmental facilities. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is highly proficient in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office, Yardi, AMSI, Jumpstart, and Real Trac.
Connie has completed training through the Apartment Association of New Mexico in the New Mexico Owner-Resident Relations Act and Fair Housing in Property Management. She holds a New Mexico Real Estate License and has completed coursework in Maximizing Profit Growth Strategies for Real Estate Management through Institute of Real Estate Management. She is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
Jim Ericson
Jim brings a strong background in management, supported by years of experience in residential property management. His knowledge and practical approach make him a valuable asset to the team. We are pleased to have him as part of First Valley Management Group.
Carla Delgado
Carla brings several years of property management experience to First Valley Management Group and has quickly stepped into her role with confidence and dedication. She currently manages a 200-unit mobile home community, where she focuses on both operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Carla is proactive in identifying value-added improvements for the property and is committed to creating a welcoming environment where residents feel proud to call home.
Diego Miranda
Diego recently joined First Valley Management Group as a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 individually owned condominium units. This role requires managing relationships with both tenants and a large number of individual owners, and Diego does so with professionalism and care. He is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all parties and is known for his approachable, upbeat demeanor and consistently positive attitude.
Joshlinn McDaniel
Joshlinn has served as the HOA Manager for the Casitas at Morningstar since 2016. HOA management requires a careful balance, and she handles it with professionalism and consistency. Joshlinn effectively maintains homeowner satisfaction, enforces community standards, and supports the Board of Directors, all while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Carmen Marinelarena
Carmen serves as the Lead Accountant at First Valley Management Group. She has been a valued member of the team since 2014 and plays a critical role in our operations. Carmen is responsible for preparing and delivering monthly owner reports, and she is committed to ensuring that all reporting is accurate, thorough, and provided in a timely manner to our clients.
Veronica Miranda
Veronica serves as the Receptionist at First Valley Management Group and is the welcoming face of our organization. She consistently provides a friendly, professional first impression and is attentive and courteous to everyone she interacts with. Since joining the team, Veronica has brought a positive, upbeat presence to the front desk, contributing to a welcoming environment for tenants, clients, and visitors alike.
Leandra Davis
Leandra Davis serves as our Insurance Specialist, responsible for ensuring that all vendors and tenants maintain the appropriate insurance coverage in compliance with property requirements. She carefully reviews Certificates of Insurance to confirm accuracy, proper endorsements, and coverage limits. In addition, Leandra verifies that all vendors are properly licensed and qualified prior to performing any work on our managed properties, helping protect both ownership and tenants from potential risk.
Tabatha Granger
With over 25 years of experience in property management, Ms. Granger has successfully operated multiple management offices while overseeing large commercial assets across seven states. Her expertise spans retail, multi-family, industrial, and office investments, providing her with a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Ms. Granger joined NAI First Valley Management Group in 2012, where her initial assignment was managing the Homeowners Association for the Casitas at Morningstar—a 271-unit condominium community situated on 17 acres and developed by Randy McMillan and his partner. In February 2014, she was promoted to General Manager of First Valley Management Group.
In her role as General Manager, Ms. Granger is responsible for ensuring that property owners receive high-quality, responsive management services. She leads the strategic direction, policy development, and day-to-day operations of the company, consistently working to enhance asset value and operational efficiency for her clients. She currently oversees a team of 26 employees and manages a portfolio of more than 50 commercial properties totaling over 1.7 million square feet.
Ms. Granger is also an active member of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission Education Advisory Committee and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate.
